Amazing! Could you please list the manufacturer and part number of each item? That would really help me.

Another thought....it could also be finished in that wood grain finish for metal that has been covered on the HAMB depending what type of car and interior trim like a late '40's sedan

    They go in my 442.
I'll see if I can help you with that. My garage has been transformed temporarily into a detail shop but I will get to it.

Well with this you could record some Ford engine sounds, play them back via Bluetooth and voila, you've instantly improved you car! LOL

But then you would have to figure out how to make it drip oil and smoke to go with the Ford engine sounds!!
No hate mail guys, I couldn't pass up the chance to be a wise ass. This piece is a work of art and shows that a top notch craftsman is on the job. Congrats!!

I like the heater box idea, it could hold two tweeters and a small woofer. And that is an excellent amp! It would take less room and has more oomph!

  15. I'm embarrassed to say I have no idea how that thing would work. I have a smart phone, [5 series] an empty heater box and a place to put it. I've always done all my own wiring and really enjoy doing it but damn! This new technology has been beyond my reach, so far. Can you get XM radio on it? I assume it plays AM/FM or is it just to listen to music from aps [I admit, I have no aps on my cell phone]? I totally love the idea of having hidden music in my coupe. I"n not a cranky old man saying "I'll never have that shit in MY hot rod!" I really would like to learn about this stuff as long as I don't have to dick with my cell phone while driving.
BTW, we have blue tooth in the van where I work so I can talk on the company cell phone without touching it but the connection from the stereo to the phone fails almost every day and the other driver has to reprogram it again. I have no clue what he does. Not very impressed with that.

No biggie Rocky. You wire up that Bluetooth amp (hot, ground, switched) and wire up your speaker (s) to the amp. Once it is powered up, turn your smart phone on and check for Bluetooth connectivity. It will identify the new amp and ask you to pair with it. Once paired your smart phone is in control. Download Pandora, listen to Pandora. Down loan Pink Floyd The Wall, listen to The Wall. Down loan XM radio and...you get the picture.

Heck, add a microphone to your sun visor and take and receive calls through it.

  17. Pink Floyd??? Yeah, I'm in. I'll educate myself before I get the body back next spring and wire it into the car...thanks!

The Bluetooth connector was 45 bucks, the amp was 50. The Volume knob (not necessary) was another 10 and a few bucks in cables. Cheaper than a car stereo, look better too. Hard to steal, looks at home in a roadster...best reason is it is unique.

Class act Billy, class act. I too have little love for "remote" tunes mainly because I'm not educated about it. Truth be told I actually like a well tuned and clean cassette tape for the sound clarity (there IS a difference) but that's dinosaur tech now, hanging out with 8 tracks in dusty old bins. My plans are easier but a Tudor has a bunch more room and a decent trunk for a conventional sub and amp.

    Again tho, class act...;)

I have a few things done out in hazel dell by the Harley dealer as well. They are good but russ it's goodest
