Happy New Year all! Montlake bridge near the University Of Washington Seattle. Crossed the Montlake Cut many times on that bridge. My Dad ran the Mason Shop at the UW for many years, summers off school I'd get to tag along to work once in awhile, great adventure for a boy, the lovely Mrs. 99 is a Husky, and my son was born at the U of W Hospital. Gary stick around, your posts are appreciated.

The first three photos are Vukovich (maybe a pre-war photo?), Dick Simon, and (I think) Fred Frame. The fourth photo is a very interesting sports car that I'm not sure of. It's parked next to the Firestone Tire truck and has what looks to be Monza Indy tires on it. Maybe this was at Riverside?

And I'm not sure about the photo with the two midgets or the track that they are on.

Thanks again, Rootie. And have a Happy and Healthy New Year!!!

I think the sports car may be one of the Scarabs.

You're right about Vuky but I think that is probably late 40s in his Drake powered car. It is Dick Simon in one of his early 60s supers (seen below) and Frame in the "Doosie" at unknown track.
I'm not positive about the sports racer but I think it may be a Scarab at Riverside late 50s. No idea about the 2 midgets either, but I believe the track is probably Fresno early 50s.
And a Happy New Year to you too!! 12x-25-c.JPG
