  4. The top on that corner work bench looks just like it came from an IKEA desk that my daughter had in university. I 'repurposed' it for use as a work bench in my shop!

Great looking start and progress! Curious what the process in Sweden is if you build a car from parts. What do you go through to get a title for it?

Hi. We have two way to go. We can contact “Swedish car builder association “ and make the process like on a new car but simple. We don’t need to make crash test or full safety test, but we need to have correct lamp, brakes, noise, belts, wipers, defrost, door lock and so on. Big regulations about construction. For safety. Little regulation on tires, horse power, stance and the year off the car will be the buildyear. No problem at all but everything needs to be correct. In this case we can build almost with any component like big block, blower, jag, 20” and everything will be in the paper. Around 1000$. Or we do like you. Buy an old title. With new registration or without and you do it by yourself. This is a little risky when the correct car shows up in the registration register. Upps.

When we use an old title the car need to be old school or more like original... We are also allowed to go without fenders since 20 maj 2017 on older cars.

Need to leave the roadster for a while. Going to my very good friends Bruce and Danny Burroghs over Christmas. If anyone sees me. Honk and come visit the shop. Always some nice cars to see.

Thank you sir. I agree about the wheels. I like the size and don’t have any black rear ones. Stance is how I want it. [IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG][IMG]

And I found two “buckets “ in the junkyard. Tell me what you think. Of course I’m gonna fix the back part and plastic side, but the style? [IMG]

They fit...bench seats are better if you have a kid or two skinny friends that want to cruise...unless it's going to have a rumble seat

Honestly, I think your car deserves better, I don't have an alternative at this point but just thinking those aren't right for the car.

Yeah, sorry, Jimmy, not digging the seats. I have some very heavily patina'd early MGB buckets in mine, black leather with white piping. I think they look ok, but I don't think even they would suit your car. Those modern seats look really out of place, unless you want to get all street roddy on us..

That white Swedish roadster from way back had sports car buckets, so I can sort of see where you are coming from.
