Does anyone know of or own the Model "A" pickup from another Beach Boys album cover? What about the "Devil Woman" stock car? If you own or know what became of these iconic vehicles, it would be interesting to know.

I never considered the Silver Sapphire 3 window to be the Beach Boys car, it was owned by Chili Catallo. It did get sold at some point, and the family eventually was able to buy it back. Curt, the son of the original builder is a restauranteur in the suburban Detroit area and he had the restoration completed after his dad died. It is back in Curt’s hands, it was only on loan to the Gilmore.
Never a favorite of mine but I appreciate it for what it is and it accomplished for the owner, lots of ink over the years, magazine covers and a multiple champion show car.

I'll have to dig out one of my old albums, it was by a group called the deuce coupes. It's all car songs with the sounds of race cars in the background. Cool album.

I guess the album is deuce coupes and the group was the shut downs, thought it was the other way around. Here's a pic of the album cover, 1963.

First pic is a 62 body and the other pics are 64. Was it the same chassis rebodied or?

My music preference is maybe a bit more contemporary than the OP imagined this thread would conjur up, hope this fits the thread.
