    Hi Guys,
Someone posted this 55 Chevy Custom on a another site and when I saw it, I was like "WOW" so I thought I share the photos of the car here at the H.A.M.Burger stand. I think you'll agree that this 55 Chevy has the "WOW" factor.

  4. Very nice....The trim makes it look like a cross between a Chevy and a Ford

Mild yet radically changes the appearance. Never seen that treatment done before.

The tube grille and Olds headlight doors spell traditional Custom which makes the stock hood bird seem out of place. The bolt on accessories such as the grille and bumper guards and outside visor spell Lowrider style. The novel addition of Ford side trim really works with the Turnpike style skirts.
Cool car. Its a mix of Custom styles. Maybe the plates (Japanese?) are cause for the interpretation...

I've seen this car before, fantastic looking car. It's maybe a little more gaudy than I would personally care for, with the continental kit and hood ornament, but is wonderful nonetheless. The ford trim is a great touch, and makes the cruiser skirts work much better

  11. Is that a Mooneyes car then ? They love traditional American hot rods and customs over there......Japan HAMB....Japa-HAMB ? I dunno'......but that is one hell of a nice looking ride.

At first glance I thought it was a Ford because of the trim.

Not sure I like that touch but it certainly is different for sure.

Makes me wonder if Henry was spying on the General or vice-versa. I have always thought the 55-56 Fords and Chevies had very similar lines. Not a big fan of the visor, skirts or toilet seat though....

Cool car, it is a clone done by Bo Huff of a car built by Sam Barris back in 1957

Once they're off the showroom floor it's open season...from Jalopies to Customs and all in between. Love it...
