Reminds me of a 1930's Rolls Royce touring with an aluminum body I once saw, the belt molding was buffed, looked like chrome. You need to find a chrome shop with a big tank. Bob

Flop I don't know where your nickname came from but it sure as hell does not have anything remotely to do with your metaling work skills! Just beautiful!

Fantastic work, Flop. If I manage to get two bits of metal to stick together I call it a good weld. This is just stupendous.

Hey Flop, your shipping carton is upside down, coarse that's the way the shippers do it.

All she wrote for today . The backs pretty much done except for taking care of the rest of the lap welds .

  21. To each, his own, I personally don't like 3windows over chopped, but thats me.
As far as the workmanship goes.....damn! Flop, you are probably the best metal man I have ever seen.
I can't even make bondo look that smooth. You are truly an artist.

Question: How do you deal with the wood in the door support structure? Can you post photos of that?

Man, that's what I call a limbo chop; how low can you go! Incredible workmanship (as usual). Thanks for posting and keep us updated.

Your work is always amazing. I'm in Pittsburgh every year around the holidays and have scored some nice early stuff but had no idea this kind of work was being done there. Very cool. Serious hot rodding in the steel city!

Excellent craftsmanship, subscribed and following while trying to pick up my jaw from the floor. Like someone said, now I won’t post any more pictures of my metal work...

  28. Dat Boy has MAD skills! LOL . . . love the work and there couldn't be a nicer damn guy in the world. Also, he is a great communicator during a project - lots of folks just are NOT and it drives me Bat Shit! LOL

I’d love to more of the slice and dice part, like the b pillar area.

  30. Every time I open one of your threads I know exactly what to expect and I am still blown away. Surely you can't be human...
