Hey Blues...How are ya? Say, isn't the Pasadena Roadster Club still putting on their reliability run?
I do recall seeing about 80 pics of cars that were there on the HAMB. (2 years ago? Bud Davisson pics?)

My wife and I enjoyed the St Louis Hot Rod 100. Really nice drive through lovely country, with 152 cars cruising along, too bad the leaves were not changing yet. It only took a little over a 400 mile drive to get to the starting point.
At least with the St Louis 100, we made it to the end before the rain started, and it was a lot warmer then the WI 100. Hope to be able to do both again next year, hopefully without the rain (though we really needed it). Gene

  5. Yes, around a 150 cars. Longest distance was from Detroit, GuthrieSmith drove 500 miles from near OKC and another couple brought their 34 three window from Chicago. These guys love to drive their cars!

  10. Here is a handful of shots that I took toward the beginning of the run. Kinda difficult to pick out of the 300 or so pics that I snapped.

One of the neat things about cruising with so many other cars is that every time we passed a gas station, it seemed like we were driving with different cars around us. Some would stop, others that had already stopped were joining in on the cruise again. There were a lot of gas stations available to stop at, and with a crew that big, that was a good thing. We started out pretty much towards the rear of the pack, and ended up near the front by the end. There were a lot of cool cars. Gene

Andrew, this was after last year's StL HRH. He said he couldn't see my tail lamps, but I told him he must have been able to see them since he found me. LOL
