I decided I can't afford a 40/41 - especially if I'm gonna use it as a truck. And since I'm gonna use it as a truck, I might as well look for an F1 or even early F100 so that I have the advantages that come with the bigger bed. Agreed. I'd call it mid to late 50's... but it's amazing. I love everything about it.
Ryan, why don't ya buy my cabover, has same wheelbase as a '77 Cadillac, fits in a normal parking spot down town. Has p.s. auto, tilt, 396,400. Its a F-6 different and very drivable, needs attention, I drove it for 10 years most everyday, been sitting in my garage for 14 yrs. I understand the thrill of the chase.. Bob

We seem to have the same thoughts, I too have been thinking early F1 for daily trash truck fun, but I am amazed , or just getting old , that they aren't low buck anymore on decent ones. Anyway good luck cause I'am a looker for one also. Okay back to thrashing for the Hill Climb trip.
focus - maybe horse blinders are required - many here are guilty of browsing the classifieds and dreaming of owning that special extra ride - but, sometimes reality sets in and have to get back to what you really need - unless you have a lot of extra cash and storage room

Pretty close to perfection to me (except the price). Very reminiscent of the Milner Graffiti coupe. That's a "strong" price though for a "70's driver" type build.
Ohh damn. At 6'3" I don't think I'd fit but that's about as perfect as a channeled car gets in my brain. Mean as mean can be. It'd be a crime not to drive that thing like a maniac everywhere.

I saw that car at the Winters open house before the Nats East this spring. Me, @Cody Walls and a bunch of other guys were like moths to a flame. It's such a cool piece.

Looks a lot like mine back in the 60's/70's Even same master brake and clutch cylinder. Those vette valve covers in my garage would look good on that!
