Thanks TheMoose, this is vey close to what we are looking to do to it. I really like the trim you used. The only other thing is we are not going to run the bumper guards and it will have just chrome steelies with no hub caps. Thanks again my son was real happy to see this it like this being he is helping to build it and will end up with it when he gets old enough to drive.

I agree with your observations. There was a guy not too far from me with a '57 Belvedere and I'd never seen one before that. Why mid 50s Fords or 55/56 Chevies were considered more popular, I'll never know. These look sharp.

Nope. Not compared to the mocha look there. Sweet.

A limo like this needs the large, chrome flexible external exhaust piping coming out of the engine covers for its time period. imo. I like the front rims on this one though.

    Another challenge for you guys...

Resurrecting this old hot rod. American Bantam pickup body, stretched over a 1958 Austin Healey Bugeye.

Trying to figure out what to do for headlights or a front bumper. Any suggestions? Really appreciate all the visual motivation you guys produce!

I am about due for some new tires and have thought about using white walls, can someone photo shop my coupe with white wall tires? I really don't want to make the wrong decision. Thanks for you help in advance. Dave 40 Coupe at Blue Valley June 2014.jpg

Can you shorten the space between the sail panel just a little. Thank you also for taking the time to mess with my project.

I love the the funky proportions of this little pickup. My first thought was, "What Would Ed Roth Do?"
I added a few details: headlights peeking out from under the fenders, nerf bumper, chrome reverse with whitewalls and maybe some zoomies...
I didn't have time to paint it, but give it a purple paint job like Tweedy Pie and you're there.

Thanks @ madfish you guys make turning into a 3 window look easy but it's better this way rather than cut and cut with only a vision in my mind.this kinda gives me a direction.

Thanks Moose! I'm digging those headlights!

Love the full kustom approach... I'm thinking it needs some nerf bars front and rear. Want it keep it East Coast style.

You've got me thinking on the headlights too... Hadn't considered mounting below the fenders, but the look is growing on me! Thanks for visual!

OK so I went a little crazy. You'd need to drop the floor pan between the rails to get some head room but it sure would be different.

Could someone please make the rear body open up like a food truck and can do about any color combo you wish and one just white, and one with the weathered paints, and then could I see one made into a sort of mobile cabin/recreational vehicle?

My friend has this wild Jeep Wagoneer and we were joking around tonight about what kind of a top it should have.
Like to see it with 4 corner pockets, felt looking top and maybe a couple cue sticks like a pool table.
