  8. Will be nice to finally meet you, Eric. I'll be there and what am I bringing? I'm bringing my fellow club member neighbor and good buddy, Dar. He was blown away the last time he went. I'll prolly drive the trusty white HHR panel because the 34 coupe just ain't done yet!

    As you know, personally I don't really have to be on my game. The Austin is so fast I just pull the trigger when ever i get around to it and she runs 'em down. Besides I am thinking getting the number one slot is not so much about chronology as it is popularity and or prowess! Thoughts?

    Will there be any guys there running old 50's era Mills? I've got a 283 stuffed in my Coupe it's nothing blistering fast but I've never had as much fun racing old "slow" hot rods. I've raced in 500 horse Ls3 Camaros and stuff like that but I've never gotten as much of a kick as my little 280+ horsepower Coupe.

    What scatter shield did you go with? What is your power train? I'll be there as always.

  22. Nice choices! Ford in a Ford too - lots of work getting it into that coupe. That 410 should run cooler than the higher cube version.

  29. LOL I brought my pit bike a couple of years ago and no one complained, much.

    :D :D

    I think pit cruising/racing is frowned on but if you need a way to get around I don't think anything would be said. It is a real track after all.

    my legs have been gone for years, I just sit down when I need to. Its a great way to meet people and get a free sammich. ;

  30. Hey a quick update. Sid is bringing a drop axle for me to haul to KC. If anyone from here finds him and he can't find me just grab it. or send him to me. OK?
