When I was a kid, you said I'm going to Leggetts, or the Rexall, instead of the drug store. That is how ubiquitous they and Woolworth's were. Woolworth's sometimes had a lunch counter and I remember the one in Bishop's Corner West Hartford having one.

Rexall is a chain of American drugstores, and the name of their store-branded products. The stores, having roots in the federation of United Drug Stores starting in 1903, licensed the Rexall brand name to as many as 12,000 drug stores across the United States from 1920 to 1977. (The "Rex" in the name came from the common Rx abbreviation for drug prescriptions.)

Since 1985, it has been the name of over-the-counter drugs and drugstores in Canada operated by the Katz Group of Companies, and of health supplements in the United States, where it is used as a store brand of variety store chain Dollar General. The Canadian Rexall brand is not related to the US operations.

Thats part of towbar hook up. There is a "Y" bar that hooks to it for towing. It's a one size fits all, type set up,there were hitchs for clamp on rear bumpers also.

Those seeing the red X's on Gary's photos...are you using the Tapatalk app to view this thread?

I found that it was giving me issues on my Android phone, so I'm now using the web browser on my phone, and can see all of Gary's photos.

This is St. Joseph's Roman Catholic church in Oklahoma City. It is across the street from the Murrah Memorial. The large building behind it, on the right of the picture, contains the Murrah Memorial museum. https://oklahomacitynationalmemorial.org/

My uncle was pastor here in the 60's & 70's.
