Projects Converting a 1934 Ford Sedan to a 3 window coupe

Jon, I`m a bit late to find this, but I will be following as well. Shop work and other stuff have combined to keep me away from here, but I will be making an effort to see what you are up to....

im on the inner rocker /subframe reconstruction and Conner is the doors.

 

Watching... As much as I love a nice 33/4 Tudor, I'd rather have a 3w

 

Looking good, I always like seeing projects that start with a media blasted body, just makes for a better rebirth IMO. Bob

 

I am stoked to watch this since I am doing the same thing! Funny there was a bunch of us Utah guys all on the same path! Glad I get to watch you with your mad skills do it first! How close is the back of the two door sedan radius to a 3 window? I am wondering if you slide the roof forward and take a pie out of it if it will work? And are you using the sedan back window? Even though they are slightly different?

 

Do you think you'll sell this one?? or the sedan!?

Yeah, I was planning to stitch up a few more things on the '33 "coupe" and sell it to start on the '34 instead, I don't need both. Have one guy who has first crack at it but if he passes it'll be for sale for $3500 I don't want to hijack this thread too far so if you'd be interested in being 2nd in line just let me know in a personal message.

yep 16 g as original

 

16 gauge was tough for me, using my caveman tools. and I only had to make the bottom half! There's a couple pics in my album.

 

Yeah 16 is a workout for sure, unless it's aluminum. I'll check out your album
