Oh please no. This car has gone from ugly duckling to bitchin kustom. Those fenders will be jumping the shark

You guys have no idea what he's planing lol. For all we know the front of that pickup fender is going to be a new headlight eyebrow.

Let him show us what's up before ya'll need to reset your pacemakers ;)

Rytang, I see you put this photo up as your avatar. To a photoshop guy like me thats a big honor and I thank you. Now about that big dual headlight from a 1981 Buick Regal, where exactly would you like it mounted?:D

Hahaha! I think it's an awesome photo! I sent it to all my friends even! Maybe you can help me make a real rendering of what I'm wanting to do next on the car? I have zero photoshop skills!

I started making the stand for my metal brake. And made all the hardware so I won't need any tools to adjust it. 20170604_193549.jpg 20170604_193624.jpg 20170530_165225.jpg Then I stated making the radius bender in the back of the stand. This was all the round tubing I had, so over time I'll add different sizes. I really dont want to spend any money on this tool. 20170608_182454.jpg 20170608_182518.jpg 20170608_182656.jpg 20170608_182709.jpg The brake portion is 3 ft and the radius area is 2 ft. I was originally thinking I'd make 8 different radius sizes on both sides of the stand. But now I'm thinking I might make a place for a lead bag on the other side with a spot for hammers. Sorry for posting so much about the tool, when it's finished I'll get back on the car.

I'd be glad to put your ideas to work. Its fun to do something outside the box, which your car definitely is.:D

Door jam, hinge area is pretty fun. 20170626_122941.jpg Marked pie cut to remove. 20170626_123600.jpg metal removed. 20170626_171524.jpg Starting to take shape. 20170626_171551.jpg Passenger side finally fit together and tacked. 20170626_171615.jpg Firewall fit and tacked. Lots and lots of work to do here still. 20170626_171651.jpg Spent most of my day working on the drivers side. Tacking and filling in weird holes and lots of pie cuts! Got this side pretty close to done.
