I had the pleasure of getting to go to the Custom Car Revival again this year after missing last year. The array of customs there was simply mind boggling! Great people attending and running the event and really nice weather too. Thank you Kevin Anderson and crew for such a magnificent and iconic event.

  11. A photo thread by Dan Greenberg is a must see!
Can't claim to know anything about photography, but your photos are art in my eyes. Whatever you do makes the car ''float'' off the page.

The last one was a Pontiac. One of two that was at the show. The other was Lou`s 58. I thought it was an Olds. An easy one to mess up on.

That is also what I thought, but its registration says it is a Chevy. I think it had a lot of parts grafted together

Gary Minor gave it an award and called it a Pontiac and Lou also said it was a Pontiac. So I just figured it was a Pontiac.

To me it also looks like one. I will research it further - maybe it was written down wrong on registration. Thanks stanlow69.

Thank you Bill! And thanks stanlow69 - consider it changed. That also reminds me that I have a ton of 2015 CCR images I never finished.

Keep up the great work. I always enjoy your photos. After the awards were given. I tracked down Gary to see the Pontiac I thought I missed seeing at the show. No matter what it is. It is a nice well built car.

1951 Chevy Fleetline - Jerry Conklin - the brightest color car I think I've ever seen.

  27. It is bright, but there was a shoebox Ford in Santa Maria that was even brighter yellow than that.

Have you seen this one in person? My picture does not come close to showing how bright it really is. I can't really compare to that shoebox because I have never seen it.

  29. I can't remember if I have seen that car in person or not.
We were joking about the Ford glowing in the dark.

That actually looks like the same color. The Chevy would glow in the dark too. In bright sun, it actually hurts my eyes a little to look at. I have seen it a bunch at Rodder's Journal and Jalopyrama - it's from Maryland
