A buddy of mine from Kalispell MT, had always know it's where abouts. It was owned by a couple of indian brothers that thrashed the crap out of it. The floorboards are gone. I got it for a song and it's been in the shop for 10-12 years. I was diagnosed with cancer about 4 years ago and hope to get to it some day. It was a six-banger three speed, no motor or tranny..

20151109_130658.jpg This is my 1964 Dodge 330 wagon, I've replaced the floor pans, spare tire well, my wife and I recovered the seats and made new door panels, replaced the tired 318 with a 360 4-barrel. Have started on the body, but have a long ways to go. View attachment 35357685

    Hey HRN,
Those digital cameras have too many bells and whistles. But, menu, settings, clock, on 90% of the digital cameras will do the trick. As hot rodders, build first, run with what you have and enjoy it to extreme. Who reads the manual or directions or has time to go to a website to download the instruction manual?

    Jnaki
At any rate, nice photos and nice build...

62 Chrysler NYer. "Princessa Isabella de la Santiago." She had some rust, but only 36K miles.
Belonged to a NASA engineer in SOCAL, then a hotel in Palm Springs. Still has original Motorola 2 way radio like Andy Griffith's Ford.

I put the 2x4's on her with plaid vinyl on the seats. Everything was purple.

Sammy2.JPG Big Buford AMS.jpg Love them Wagons. I have a daily driver 53 Chevy 210 Handyman, original paint with satin clear ( I added the wood-grain look), 350/350/70s Monte Carlo rear. Saved it from the crusher, been driving it trouble free for 7 years.
Also have a 53 Chevy 150 Handyman Wagon that we drag race (was being parted out to restore a 53 2dr Sedan before I got it !!). Btw, my son, Cody, was wheeling last night at Atlanta Motor Speedway Friday Night Drags, got the win and the hardware!

Used to be a station wagon. Then it shrunk into a sedan delivery. 1960 morris minor.png

  18. I spent part of the day uncovering this. 66 Caprice woody wagon, 325 horse 396, turbo 400, 12 bolt posi, Ps, PB, and AC. All factory. Original paint too, about 70,000 miles. It's been sitting close to 15 years. The gas tank is full of crap, so I pulled that today and started to clean it out. I started it with a can of gas sitting on the floor. It stared right up, very little cranking, a squirt of starter fluid once the oil pressure came up, and it started. Once it warmed up it just sat there and idled. The heater core is leaking, so I need to replace that. Hope to be driving it again soon. 20170520_110614_zpsyhuxcc9r.jpg 20170520_112411_zpsjdjdxeqz.jpg 20170520_165907_zpsdt6uw2js.jpg 20170520_110158_zpsxwbzkrej.jpg

Love them Wagons !! We took the 53 Wagon to Atlanta Motor Speedway Friday Night Drags and won our class last week (went to the finals two weeks earlier). YeeHaw !! We run a Heads-up Hard Radial Tire class, no engine rules for small blocks, no power adder, no roll bar, stock suspension, working lights and full interior. Screenshot_2017-05-27-18-53-14.jpg

  23. I found a 61 Rambler Classic sedan for sale in a neighboring city. It was the typical little old lady's car. Had just 7000 original miles, plastic on the seats still. The lady hardly ever drove it and after she died her daughter left it sitting in the garage for 20 years before selling it to the guy that was trying to sell it to me. The garage must have been really damp because from underneath you could push your finger through the floor anywhere you tried. Body and interior were mint though. Engine was seized too.

On the weekend my wagon was a street car, a race car, a tow truck and an rv.
Drove it to the drag strip full of camping gear, made 3 passes, towed my buddy's car back to the pits when his water pump broke and then rolled out a sleeping bag and slept in the back of the wagon.
