  1. Comes with fresh fish.....

I had a customer who dives Reo, and he has awesome pics of old vehicles on the lower decks of wrecked military ships.
They looked in better condition, lol.

What were these cars? Where (other than "underwater") were they found? I wonder how they got there. They look like they were too lined-up to have been randomly dumped there for an artificial reef. Neat picture though.

  9. After WW2, the American military sink a shitload of boats over two days of the coast of Rio De Janeiro.
The pics I've seen, taken by an Australian customer and friend, show trucks in good condition, on the lower decks, of some of these ships.
He also has a pic, of rows of those big round mines, the Navy used back then, still sitting on a lower deck.

I've no idea where the cars that choffman posted are, but they look like 38 Ford's.

Drivers on Beaver Island at the north end of Lake Michigan would abandon cars they no longer wanted by driving them out onto the ice in the winter. By summer they disappeared!

  15. Bruce, you may be thinking of the Chrysler Norseman, lost at sea on the Andrea Doria.

There was one discovered and pulled out of a lake somewhere in Bama a few years ago that had the remains of a person that went missing back in the early 60's. Apparently missed curve in the road and ended up in the lake and under a rock shelf somehow. Search and rescue techniques were not as advanced back then as they are now, and it wasn't know what had happened to that person.

I'm pretty sure when found this Camaro solved an old missing persons case. don't remember if she was still inside.
