Great pics Redland Maggie #126320 post the first 8 pictures are of the old Portland Speedway it was a drive In theater and race track all in one I've been there many times for the races and the drive in movies...The last 6 pictures are of the old Columbia County Fairgrounds dirt track my dad raced there in the early 60's I would really like to see more pics of the Columbia County track if you have any ....Cool stuff....

Cosmoline does a very good job of preservation,as a friend of mine can attest to.About 6 months ago he purchased a 1917 built Mauser rifle.Looks to a never issued rifle.Took 3 weeks to get all the stuff off.Not a speck of rust or nasties anywhere.

They were all listed under Columbia County so that's how I posted them. I thought the drive in ones were Portland, but wasn't sure enough to post them that way and change the original. I'll see if owner posts more.
