You'd think they were photos of 77 Pintos!
Not to add to the minor drama but this thread is one of those that need to be protected and not be quite so critical to draw the moderators attention, would like to think we can police ourselves.
Keep after it rudestude, I'm watching for familiar NW cars.

Ah...The rudestude's not going anywhere it's going to take a hell of a lot more than that to bum me out, I was just having some fun with the guy, I just like to post stuff that I had some sort of real connection with...Hell we can all just go on line and download pics and most don't even have any knowledge of what it is, it's just really cool when you can say been there did that or some sort of personal connection ...Finding the HAMB and getting involved in it is what has kept me going the last couple of years not being able to play with my cars, health reasons, now I'm ready to hit it again it's all about having fun, hell we all can't be perfect we're gearheads..... Sorry for rambling oh shit got to go big crash at Daytona...Thanks Guy's..

You beat me to it gnichols. I saw it a few years ago. Pretty sure it's the only one ever built as is many of the cars in the Lang microcar museum.

Check out the LaJoie Auto Wrecking pickup in the background! His grandson just finished 24th in his first Daytona 500 about an hour ago. Bob upload_2017-2-26_19-17-8.png

The Kenny Webb #2, I used to watch him race Saturday nights at the Danbury, Ct. Fair Grounds Racearena. Lots of 1932- 1940 Ford Coupes died there. Bob upload_2017-2-26_19-25-6.png

Wow....my grandfather used to haul logs and lumber outta this yard! I had totally forgot about it until I saw this photo....I used to ride with him in his truck as a kid, and he'd point out all the old log roads he worked in the Wolf Creek area in the 40's, 50's and 1960's...he knew everyone it seemed, and everyone knew him!....thanks for posting...made me smile;):D

  19. it looks like Kenny standing next to the car. i see the tow car has Spada written on the door. was that Gino Spada? he ran at danbury also.

The flip flop on these Ford's two tones is the absolute best. White door panel in the back seat of a station wagon. Questionable decision there. My parents knew better! Thanks Mart

I see no question. These were factory optional paint schemes. I'll also bet the one left had a white firewall and the one on the right was blue. The undersides were different too.

  22. Jimmy - What I mean is that as a kid, white interiors were OFF LIMITS!
The contrast is so remarkable between the two cars. A really appealing picture.

Yes, Geno and Kenny were a team at one time #2 &#4 . I've got to dig out some old photos. It was a big deal back in the day, 15 years old and younger, to run down to the finish line after the feature and get in the photo of the winner. I wonder if that is Don Lajoie along side the #8 in the above photo? Bob

Mine in the avatar has a principle interior color of white with peacock blue cloth and some peacock blue vinyl on the door panels. The new one my mom had in 1956 was a black car which done with black cloth and minimal black vinyl.
