Was searching for a black late A hiboy roadster with '31 radiator shell on 18" '32 wheels, and found the 2nd from above, but that's not black. Been through this thread too, but no dice. If you know of any, please post it here - help much apriciated!

It ain't a roadster -- but here's a highboy Model A frame Al Simon fabbed for me 25+ years ago. Still going strong.

Bumpity bump!

 

This could piss off a few people...never liked the look of the A body "overhang" on a stock frame. Built these frame aprons to take up the gap. The plan is to move the body from the after market chassis to the stock chassis when finished.

 

Might as well do a full belly pan.

I thought about a belly pan...didn't have that much metal around my shop. Might also go with 17" wire wheels...get rid of the wide whites.

 

Doesn't piss me off, I like them! Almost as nice as fitting a 32 frame but more original.

 

Still looking for a roadster body....anyone got an extra one? PM me if ya do..

 

I the way that dresses up what always looks like a void.
