IMG_0089.JPG Front ride height dialed in used a 36 front axle with a 2" drop Posies spring. Got the wheels powder coated black IMG_0090.JPG Engine mocked into place. I don't have to cut the firewall if I use an electric fan. I think I'm taking that route.

Does a 10" clutch use the same flywheel bolt pattern as a 9"? The motor has a 9" clutch on it and I need a 1-1/16 10 spline disc to fit my F150 RTS transmission. I can't seem to find a 9" disc with that spline. I can redrill the flywheel if I need to, just curious if anyone knows.

IMG_0093.JPG I am using a shortened F100 steering box. I cut it off, cut a new seal counterbore and made a new flange. IMG_0094.JPG I have the box so tight that I had to notch the frame a little. I need every 1/4" I can get! IMG_0095.JPG The finished box.

40 rear axle cleaned and painted. Reverse eye model A spring installed. Still need to shorten the radius rods and make a torque arm.

I started with the Speedway Economy headers and straightened out the back tube for more steering box clearance. Got the clutch all together and transmission mounted.

  24. Looking good!!!! Be sure your wheels don't rub the fenders, especially the front wheels when turning (don't ask how I know to check for this).
