Snow, sleet, and freezing rain yesterday. Temp in upper 40's today. Tomorrow temp in 20's and 6" snow. You figure it out.
You tell me! Gotta do something about side curtains though! Actually this was several years ago but I could have lied and nobody would of known, except me. Man that was a cold nasty day! Dave
I haven't had anything out here. Would love to try the coupe in snow but they spray salt brine on the roads here. It's really nasty for rust.
It hit 70 here yesterday.I had the shop doors open. This morning its snow lightly here, warming back up this weekend to high 60s.I have never seen such a crazy winter here.Bruce.
Hello, You guys in the PNW always get the brunt of just about any winter storm. We are usually at the "comma" end of the storm front. Rain in So Cal is a laugh most of the time, but at least it is over 15 inches for this year. (ave. of about 14 inches) But, our area is still considered a drought area for watering our yard. At least our water bill this year is much less...We haven't watered since late October 2016. In our area, we can only water on Mondays during the winter and if the storms hit within 72 hours before, well, we skip watering. Iit is a good thing we have changed our yard to succulents and low water plants. No more lawn. Jnaki Clear for now, but there are more coming from the West and Northwest. What hits the West Coast first, hits the Midwest and East about a week later. Depending on how fast the storm crossed the Rockies. Only a few more months until Spring.
I'm directly south of you, also 61 here yesterday, now 29 and big time snow, supposed to be 12-18". I am going nowhere today and Friday is iffy if I have to dig out late.
Bad here and still coming down, looks like 8" + and blowing sideways. 27* and falling. We have wings in the freezer, my son's friend is coming by with a 4WD truck... they're making a beer run.
-30 deg. F yesterday morning and -20 deg. F this morning. Supposed to be 32 deg. F with freezing rain tomorrow morning. Winter is weird sometimes.
Who's your landscaper?? Much better than arbor vitaes! 30* Tues, 50* Wed., and 15* today????????? I've got 10 inches, and I'm not bragging! ( at 15* out, that's impressive for an Irishman!)
just another of mother nature's DISCHARGES... come on spring.... ... hold the phone... 3" to 5" today Feb. 11... 3" to 5" sunday... 1' to 2' blizzard monday... bummer man !
Had to fire up the fire place last night. Was 23 here but going back up to 55 today .Crazy winter here. I just hope the summer isn't a drought thing like last summer. Bruce.
Yeah, Gales Creek is a few miles from here. Dairy Creek runs around our property. We've gotten used to this tuff anytime big rains come. We got the drill down.....stack anything that can get ruined up on the benches. lol
Yea, just heard on the news. 48 C, or converted to 118.4 F., in Ivanhoe, New South Wales. Possibly hotter tomorrow. No aircon in the shed so nothing getting done here.
Where we are it's not too bad humidity wise. Up the top of Queensland it probably is. It is just bloody hot. Can't do anything about it.
not a drip out of the A/C so no humidity to speak of here , Sydney earlier today was not nice at all humid and hot as hell.
Left Florida and we're back in Kentucky. 20 degrees yesterday morning and high sixties today. They say it should be a record high. Go figure. Gary
