    Been 160 legit
    I developed a niche product
    I weld terrible
    My motors blew up
Went to GNRS when it was still the Oakland Roadster Show, 1978
OK I am getting tired of SEMA time for a rest
    I married a pinstriper

Most of this was done after getting the big C notice, so don't ever give up, live your dreams.

The HAMB drags are on my list....and I score a twelve on yours....

  8. 15 and I checked off several in the last two years working on my 40. I really want to do Bonneville.

  9. Almost out of the slow lane, though a couple were on a bike instead of in a car. (And a couple others were both, so...)

  10. You missed the one I thought should be first...I had a power of Attorney paper filled out to save kids fighting

  11. Well I scored 11, seems like a small block I've been round.
I have got to do more, Bonneville and the GNRS are high on my list.

I got 17, Not too shabby for being 29.

The harder ones are the shows, but I have attended PRI for over 10 years which is Like SEMA without all the 30" wheels and other lame crap. I will be going to TORG and SEMA next year.

I got Isky and Bones Balogh's autograph a few years ago at the Meltdown Drags does that count as extra credit?

  20. Great post. I have most of that filled in, I've been around cars a long time and raced stock cars. I did rub shoulders with some of the greats too. I do need to pick up a MIG welder and do some finer welding.

After my 2016 very close brush with death, my priorities have changed quite a bit and MORE car stuff is on the horizon.

I can't weld in a straight line, why would I bother picking up a brush? :)

I'm not too worried about making or sticking to a list...I just keep doing new, fun things with cars. I've still managed to do quite a few on your list.

  25. I'm geographically challenged, so unless I win lotto, or find a wealthy woman, I'm screwed.
The one thing I've always wanted to do, that'll probably never happen, is to ride in a rumble seat.
My favourite one, was to take a kid for a ride.
When I first took my flatmates daughter out in the Hudson, she was four, and she started laughing with glee, as soon as we pulled outer the driveway.
She loves riding in it, and can be quite possessive of it.
