History Another Mystery Willys

I've posted this on two other threads but can anybody identify this Willys? The pictures are pretty bad but they are screen shots from a DVD. the car ran Santa Ana Ornge County Airport Dragstrip back in 50's. the numbers on the door are pretty hard too read i'm not sure if it's three or four numbers. 0001 or 001? I can't read the first number.

 

It's from chapter 2 in this DVD if anybody has it, it's old 8mm film so the screen shots are pretty poor.

 

looking for info just out of curiosity, or have a connection to it?

 

Just out of Curiosity. It's on my Santa Ana Orange county Dragstrip DVD and Santa Ana closed in '59 so i thought it might fit the Earliest Willys Race car trhread.

 

Yup, that's a willys all right...That's about all I can tell by those photos!

 

I don't see a post in the middle of the grille also it's '41.
