I think some of you were looking at my car when you made your lists of what not to have on your car. I'm happy to have provided an example for you to dislike!

I've read your lists with excitement, I now have things I can add to my next build, you know, things you will never have on your car.

I love the HAMB. I enjoy much of the stuff posted here. Its nice to know there are still people that remain strong in their beliefs of what a car should look like, and the stuff it should have.
That said, the traditional rebel in me won't allow me to follow any strict "codes" pertaining to building my car. Its my car, built for me, to enjoy any way I please. If you don't like my car, too bad, your problem is not mine. Gene

  3. I'm talking Tina, and you better be NICE to me!!!
For the guy who doesn't like "Halloween" cars, here's mine decorated for our local Halloween car show! VZM.IMG_20161029_165145.jpg

Car cover at an event, please don't touch sign,do not step sign on my running board, brag board on the windshield,:confused:the radio when parked, neon or strobe lights,a magazine photo spread open on my seat, the absence of door and trunk handles,a model car on my air filter, stuffed animal under hood, lone wolf club plaque and the phoney food on a tray display.
I'm guilty of many of what some of you despise but will never apologize for those that are comfort or safety related after logging 30k miles the last 3 years :D

While I see where you are coming from and with no disrespect meant, I build my cars to suit me not other people.

I've been waiting for the virginia's to come out seeing how a number of people name or refer to their cars after girls.

I used to know a lady that rode around like that in her C2 Corvette with her sour mash bourbon in a cocktail glass.

And that is how I developed a taste for sour mash bourbon.

To each their own, that is what makes our sport/hobby so unique. I have things that will NEVER be on one of my cars, but that does not mean I can't appreciate them on another car or even not like it at all. The USA is a very special place and from E/W/N/S there will be new trends and OLD SCHOOL, but when we are traveling down the road of life, ENJOY every ROD that is truly ON THE ROAD.

If a person had some bad chili the night before that tree smell might be pretty nice.

  24. And it would do a good job of masking mouse piss, when I dragging the wagon out of the barn after a long hibernation the nasty mouse smell was nauseating,a couple dozen pine tree air fresheners would have helped a lot. HRP

Id pass on that T coupe, but I have been jonesing for a T tudor with a jag rear for years. Make mine with Skylarks please. The whole "autos are for sissys" thing on the HAMB rings a little hollow when its coming from a bunch of guys with 150hp flatheads backed with 3.08 gears... The Christmas colour scheme on the A RP is where I draw the line though...:D
