They didnt show what they did about the oil filter. I made an adapter for my 392 and mounted a spin on filter, right side up.

  7. Did anyone else notice there was snow on the ground when they took the components to the machine shop but warm enough to have a convertible behind them when it all came back?

  8. I'm guessing that's because EARL'S was one of the "sponsors" of the engine rebuild:

That was so it would match billet distributor.

  11. Yeah!

I know this set up is easy- but I don't think I could hate it any more.
It's not just the colors either -it's just ALL wrong.
Someone needs to come up with a better idea.

Just replace the fittings with brass NPT, hose barb, and a old-school hose. File the edges of the housing, and then bead blast it (just not the threads or gasket surface).

    Or use this:

  13. Uhhhh- better but ,,,, NO
It shoots the hose sraight into the fan

    Again NO

That asinine lame ass hose bs brain fart crap turd thing above is the replacement for this beautiful piece below.
Also With this one you had the option to go up, out, or angles, or swivel.

It does not shoot the hose in any direction. The water neck does that, if you choose the wrong one.

    PAW is out of business.

The big question is where can I find a PAW water crossover

  16. Put one together and then tell me how the water neck works. Try a thought experiment
Get your engineer hat on for a couple seconds and see the water neck bolted onto the hot heads unit, where's the proudest point in relation to the block vs the PAW unit?
I know PAW is OOB that's why I said it's the replacement.
