I look at very little here on the HAMB, but I'm always looking forward to whatever project you're building! The Henry J is your typical superb workmanship, and I smile whenever I see another trick addition!

    Dave,

The skillset and attention to detail you possess are truly amazing, you make the majority of us on here look like a bunch of 16 year old driveway bound hacks!

That being said, any updates? I've been following your build and using it as inspiration. I've got a hankerin' to build a gasser myself (currently eyeballin' a Willys Areo) and one of my car club brothers has two of these little beaut's in his possession, one of which is slated to be a gasser build up.

I was just going to post 'Impressive fabrication work', but that just doesn't seem to do your work justice.
I am super-impressed. This is going to be a world class build.

IMG_20160904_161434 (1024x703).jpg Been a while since I updated progress.........Progress is slow....but that is my fault...working on too many projects. I have mounted new lite-weight glass quarter panels that Scottrods ''Great Product'' made for me......Also had them make a pair of lite-weight fenders and hood w/ scoop built in and a decklid.........I have the front three piece nose bolted together and flip front roughed in. 20160717_174555 (1024x779).jpg

I think Scott's offers two different weights of glass. If so, is that the light race or heavy street?

  24. Love the paint scheme and the fiberglass body panels. That should lighten it a little!
