Have you nailed down a color an date to paint? If I remember you mentioned something along the lines with your interior color right?

I would love to see it in a dark maroon, but I'm not gunna paint it.

    That's for the next owner.

I've had my fun, it needs to go, to make room for a new project.

I think a silver might look good, epecially with the red accents.

Wow selling? Yeah that's what usually ends up with my projects. What's the new project?

Dunno yet, 40 Pickup, 32 Sedan, whatever I think would make a cool build.

Looks so good from where you started. Any chance of close up pics of the skirts and the inside setup that you have to keep them attached ?? Mine don't fit like yours and I am wondering what I need to do to modify.

Mine are stock foxcraft skirts like these....

The spring loaded legs on the bottom hold it on each side, and the lever hold it tight to the top.

Hey, this car ended up in Santa Barbara, CA.

Has anyone from that area seen it out and about?

Man, I loved this car!!! Great build thread. I based the chop on this 49 I did, while working at bear metal Kustoms, on your car. Awesome work man!!!

Thanks for posting that video. Helps a lot to see the various body mods on the chop as I continue to work on my 50.
