Event Coverage Hershey 2016 Roll Call

Time sure does fly!!! Lets have a call out for those setting up and those spending money.

I have two spots this year. Gonna kill me not walking around gathering more "stuff",but the engine build is pricey and Iam not even thinking paint yet.All for my avatar car,47 Olds. Spent the day at the flea market at the Alexander Steam Engine Show today gathering up more goodies to bring.Stickers were mailed out Iam told so watch the mail.

If you have not experienced this event yet just put everything aside and DO IT!!!! Nothing on earth like it.Holy cow its almost here

I will have my Lasalle and Olds related trans stuff up for sale. Signs,etc, As much as I can pack on two spots around my truck.Dont have my stickers yet but Iam right across from the spectator entrance to the Old Stadium for Fridays race car laps.I,ll be there setup day till saturday morning.

 

Will be there Wed & Thurs with my parts hunting buddy. Since we are both too crippled up to walk it we will be on a yellow Palmer with a tow behind cart. Thats the only way we can come even close to covering the grounds. I am looking to add to my giant hubcap collection. I will be watching for HAMBERS, give us a yell howdy!!

 

Unless you are subletting those spaces, call Hershey region. All my local friends call when they come. Everyone got them 10 days ago. I was last this time. I am usually first. Phone number on confirmation cad.

Will be there selling parts with a couple of friends plus walking around looking at all the stuff you can only see at Hershey! In the Red Field by the stadium-RSA 28 & 29.

Have to go, 47 years in a row now same spots as last year C4J-39-42, Brookville Roadster is the row behind us. I'm bringing the 1912 T this year for evening touring. Unless some stuff turns up between now and then, I'll have the junk that didn't move last year. It really is more of a social event, but I manage to find something every year . NOTE TO FIRST TIMERS: You are welcome to leave parts at my spot during the day so you don't loose shopping time lugging the stuff back to your car during buying time. A cart or wagon is a must have item if you really plan to buy stuff, 9,000 spaces cover a lot of black top. Bob

GDB 18 and 19. I will have a couple of Volvo Steering boxes with me a 140 and a 160 power box for the shoebox guys. My mean wife makes me walk all week so she will be minding the spaces.

We'll be there Tuesday-Saturday in GAI 18-19, selling 1941-46 Chevy and GMC truck parts.
But first, a stop in Carlisle for Thursday-Saturday!
