  8. Well, I stepped off in to the deep end and cured my lust for one of these trucks. Traded my A pickup to 41FordVert for this little cupcake.

I heard that '40 thru '47 Ford cabs are the same. From a California boy who has built several '40-'41 Ford trucks.

Well stated, Rustygt. WELL STATED ! ! ! It is this kind of splitting-hair bullshit the HAMB doesn't need.

I've commented in the past about your '36-'40, but it deserves another "attaboy". Appears to be a vehicle that Edsel had a hand in building. He was truly a great designer, dying too early in 1941.

Holy crap, metalman. I can't figure why YOU didn't A/C it before you sold it. Reno is another Yuma is another San Antonio.

Gary, since you like the 36 Fordy so much; here's shot of the revised stance I just completed.

BTW, I sold essentially ALL of my 40-41 Ford pickup stuff to a fella in Indiana this past weekend.
6 great doors and several with bad bottoms but loaded with regulators and complete latch mechanisms.
Bunch of great windshield mouldings as well.
I think there were a total of 15 fenders; including 3 rears that were pretty good.
    Also one really great hood.
Too many people were starting to call me a hoarder!!! I sort of WAS!!
    I feel somewhat naked.
Only have a 40 chassis, cab with solid floor but needing other usual repairs, and a title.
Now have more room to get to work on finishing the 36 cabriolet project.
