Mike help us spread the word around your area. It will be our first time at Clay City Ky, so let them know what the Southeast Gassers are all about. See you there.

Good news, that's not far from here.

Too bad they tore down the old covered bleachers, or have they rebuilt them? I haven't been there for probably 10 years.

  11. 2 weeks in a row and nothing broken! Runs good, shifts great but will not hook as it should. Pretty sad 60' times. Made some significant changes and the 60's stayed the same. Finally making enough power to overpower my poor old tires. Sucked it up and ordered new tires today. Will be here by Fri and we'll test Fri night. All in all, Darlington was a very promising event. Much thanks to Quain and everyone for the help, advice and encouragement. It means a lot.

Any one notice the record setting crowd in both pics watching Robert pull the wheels. I'm still amazed at the turn out, we almost ran out of parking space. I was told era correct racing was a crazy idea 6 years ago and it would never make it.

Congratulations on going to the semi finals. It amazes me how much everyone is improving every race.

    Yep Quain

I have been saying that for years like in my early days Gassers & Fuelers were the deal

Bring back the Fuelers and smoke them through the lights and you would have standing room only

You would think the people would wake up, look at all those Cackle cars that just idle along what a waste

Light them up boys , DND

I noticed the great turnout on your previous events also Quain.

Too bad we couldn't secure travel money for Quains' gasser group to make a West Coast swing.
    Hmmm, maybe Famoso.

Believe me I've been spreading the word. If they don't know exactly what I'm talking about, I tell them to google Southeast gassers on U-tube. Then I mention wheel stands. I haven't been there but once since I quit racing. It's kinda hard to just watch, but come hell or high water, I'll be there that night. Really want to put faces with cars. Thanks to everyone making the trip.

Denny the only show that is any competition to us when it comes to filling the stands is the Street Outlaws when they match race at local tracks.
They were at Ringgold a few weeks ago and we only missed breaking their record by less than 200 spectators. The Southeast gassers own the spectator record at Greer Dragway and it's been running since 1958.
We plan to set more spectator records next year.
