I just thought it was Operator Error, or me just being on mobile app.

I bought this a few days ago. I'm going to part it out when I get it home.
Is it still a barn find if there is no roof on the barn?

The type of barn you describe ("no roof") is called a convertible.

Wish it were in my garage, It wouldnt get parted out but its too far away etc. I just got some inspiration last night. I hate seeing em found and being on the verge of being saved only to find out they are only going to be parted out or junked. Kind of makes you wish they were just left alone til the right guy comes along who wants to save em. I have also seen this tactic work on people like me where the threat of being parted makes a guy want to save a car worse, so.........Sorry, cant save em all I guess but just in case you change your mind heres something for consideration,.... or I like it anyway.
Found this pic on the net from the Tri five event in Bowlingreen Ky this past weekend.

I understand what you are saying but if I tried to sell it as it sits I would get offers for less then half of what I paid. The guy I bought it from has hot rods and knows what things are worth. This is 100% complete other then the rearend and rear door emblem missing. It still has all of the interior trim and both front seats. When I'm done someone will buy the shell and put the rear door and side window panels in a good rust free 2 door 1955-1957 wagon.

That Graham would look so good restored to her former glory. Such a gorgeous body.

  14. Okay so I'm a criags list junkie and see a lot of rusted out cars for sale and don't post them. But this is one of the best ones I've seen in a long time. The guy wants 500 dollars 01111_iBF5ZTHoVFp_600x450.jpg 00t0t_isnjubymjdU_600x450.jpg

Won't be sitting much longer. It's on it's way to Mt. Morris ILL.

  17. I'm a complete Craig's List junkie as well. In the last couple years cars like that are being listed more and more for $3k as "projects". At least that one is only $500. Love it, can't get enough.

I'm just glad it will survive. It looks like it is in pretty nice shape and you can't beat those old fastbacks.

  29. Fenders and splash aprons look like a Ford T.

  30. T's didn't come with vacuum tanks, and the the frame is set for parallel leaf springs, so it has to be something else... that beading on the splash should narrow it down.
