Man, that's a keeper for sure! Glad to see you stuck with the Model A grill. As for the neighbors, after they're through bitching they'll love it.
The car was a hit this weekend. Tammy and I terrorized the small town of Kohler which is a hoity toity village with manicured lawns. We stayed at the American Club and my car rumbled the entire Hotel when we pulled up....not to mention the underground parking garage was probably unbearable to anyone who was in there when we were pulling in or out. This was its maiden voyage, first time on the highway. 65 mph smooth as hell down the road. Bob Bleed did an incredible job and we could not be happier.
looks great !!! I think there is a market for a cast aluminum bracket (Could resemble a self standard) one that would keep the visor from fluttering.. My visor goes nuts at 45 MPH. Needs one right in the middle, or sell me two. I'll put one 16 inches in from each side.
I think I'm gonna start shopping for fenders. I have thought about it for a long time and this build settled it for me. I want fenders. IT'S ABSOLUTELY PERFECT!!!
Yesterday on my lunch break...... Red and blue flashing lights....... Mr henderson......I pulled you over to admire your exhaust situation on this fine hot rod you have here.... Now we wouldn't want the fine folk on Manitowoc to complain about loud exhaust on a tan hot rod now would we Mr. Henderson....... Nice car by the way...... Then he double tapped my roof with his fingers and walked away. Great.....I'm officially an outlaw in my own town now Thank allot Bob
That just means ya gotta tread lightly around town for a while . Then raise some hell outside of town !
