I do not know, but my guess is a Very Nice Custom, created from a Sedan Delivery in to a Pre-History Made......... Nomad.
Very Cool no matter what the story is......

 

Fedman...a sedan delivery has rounded corners in the upper rear portion of the door.These doors are from a sedan.Indeed,it is a very well done job.
