    Solenoid but not sure why the extra terminals.

    Might be one that sends 12 volts to the starter. 6 everywhere else. But I think those needed one more large terminal for a battery cable

    6/12 Volt DC Series Parallel Switch .....I copied and pasted this. It keeps your 6v system running as a 6v system when using 12v to start your car.

    It could be a series - parallel swith for a truck with 24 volt start as well. The terminals don't look like they are big enough for a truck though

    Besides, that Modulator is old school, and has been on the shelf so long, it probably won't work. Now, I've got this unobtanium planet atomizer over here that just came on the market......
