Criminal behavior is no excuse for having fun, or is it 'Having fun is no excuse for criminal behavior?' I forget, where is my gun?

I'm going to be this guy. This type of behavior is exactly the reason why legitimate modelers are having their rights stripped away by questionable yet sometimes understandable measures recently taken by the FAA. Measures that are still being fought over. Ryan. Are you a member of the AMA? Do you know what the AMA is? Has your drone ever been registered with the FAA? You need to get educated. Join the AMA and maybe even check out a local RC club so that they can help you out on the proper way to do things. These things aren't toys, and believe or not your actions with your drone are affecting thousands of others, negatively I might add, not just yourself.

  19. I understand what you are saying but I doubt that he was very near an airport or window peeking. Why don't you try going after those peckerwoods?

    Just a thought.

I bet you are fun to party with...

I am registered with the FAA... And I had a permit from Hayes county to fly/shoot where we did.

Put away your pitch fork man. It's all good. But you might keep it at arms reach - I'm not afraid to break laws. :)

Expect a hefty bill from the utility if you interrupted power, and you'll also be liable for any customer damages arising from that outage. I know a guy that knocked over a utility transmission line, and his insurance had to pay off on nearly $100K worth of smoked appliances, TVs, etc....

I can see you're having fun with it and putting it to good use. It's the assholes who fly those over the freeways here in Houston, during rush hour, that I'm worried about. As usual, the good folks get dumped in the pile with the idiots. Keep doing what you're doing and I'd like to see more.
