A few weeks late but I had to send out 12 rolls of film to get developed. Still waiting on 4 more rolls worth of scans to be sent to me. All shots came from a Canon F1n with an fd70-210 lens. Here are my favs from the first batch. Enjoy!

Thanks a lot. I buy from b&h photo in NYC. I'm in NJ so I get their packages in 2 days. I used Kodak Portra 400 for these shots. I also used Cinestill 800, Kodak Tri-x 400 b&w, and Fuji velvia 50 slide film. Still waiting for them to develop the b&w and the slide film.

  9. Have you found a place that will develop the film only or develop and scan it without trying to sell you prints or slides? I like my new digital but still have a few gadgets for my old film camera for witch I don't want to spend the money to duplicate. Your photos are great!!!

Thanks a lot everybody. And yes in Philadelphia there are a few places. Indie Photo in Philadelphia develops and scans high res and gives you the option of having the scans sent to you via Dropbox which is great for me.

Finally got my black and white shots back. Just processed them out. Most of them are shot on Kodak Tri-X 400, but I also found some expired Kodak 125 film so some of the shots have blotchy spots over them. Some came out pretty cool. Here ya go!

  28. I like your black & whites. They look like they came out of the fifties. Is there any difference in the final product if you shoot in color and then later convert to black & white with a computer program?

Thanks a lot! Theres a difference I see in contrast between color and bw film. If I make a color photo black and white in photoshop it has a lot more mid tones. I like having a high level of contrast between highs and lows in black and white film
