I think 700-15. I want a big white wall to keep clean.

hey man great work on this project. im pumped to get back on my 41. we have similar chassis set up, i purchased my car with a 70 nova clip and 350/350 under it. i was curious what you did for rear airbag set up and how the rear tire fits up to the top of the fender / well. i too plan to run tall 700 WW and airbags.

keep up the great work its going to be a smooth looking custom.

Hey Yaril, my rear end is out of a 89 s-10. I modified the stock trailing arms so the bolt off of tabs off of the X member. I used the stock spring cups on the frame to bolt the bags too and welded purchs to the rear end that lined up. Over all it gets the frame 2" from the ground with the big tires I want to run with no rubbing. Even my drive shaft clears.

Hopefully that helps. If I had pics I would share but I don't. After paint is done I could take some if you'd like.
Best of luck on yours and thanks for your comment.

whenever you get pics id be interested. my 41 has leaf springs on the rear (previous owner) so ill be making trailing arms and same as you as you said basically.

Lowcoe, just more body work. Nothing too exciting to report. Looks like gnrs 2017 is out of the question.

Nothing wrong with that. What window treatment are you planning?. Matranga curve or vertical pillar?

Thanks CadMad. Yes Matranga style. My buddy Robbie is going to make curved pillar frame out of stainless. I can't wait to have them in.

So I haven't been on here for awhile but shit is still getting done. Johnny got the car in her first coat of primer. It's cool seeing it all one color. Now he gets to block block and more block.

Robbie's killing the side trim for me. I had a vision in my head and he made it happen.

Here's a progress pic. There's been a couple hick ups but trust me I'm still plugging away at her. I got the dash painted final color and now sent off all the pieces off to chrome.
