With the couple of threads going on dashboards in Model A's and the fact that I will soon be massaging a PV 544 dash into a T roadster I thought it would be great if everyone could post their dashboards of other makes in their hot rods or customs of a different make. Include some build pics and descriptions of what you had to do to make it work.

For you guys that will say "I like how Henry or Harvey made it when it came out" or whatever, I get it, me too but this thread is not for that.

    Go! Go! Go!

Where are YOUR pics of the Volvo dash?? eh?

I did consider a 544 or was it a 444, I forget....but I went with the all time "belly button" or "favorite" in some minds. the 40 Ford in a 32.

There are two ways to narrow them, either make the center speaker area narrow, or, mess with the two outer ends, which I did.

The gauge cluster is 46-48 Plymouth, and the center radio block-off is now a hinged defroster vent

I've got a '41 Chevy pickup dash in a 1927 Model T coupe. The top curve matches almost perfect!

Looking great guys! I wasn't going to post a build on it as it's O/T since I'll also be using a Volvo B16 with it's 4 speed transmission on the car but when I start fitting the dash I'll post it here. :D

'36 dash and '48 steering wheel in a '30 Model A. Glovebox lock is a '37, more art deco than the '36..

Gauges were moved @3-4 inches to the right to center up with the steering wheel.

Here's a 1921 International dash in a 1925 Mercury. Although I suspect this isn't exactly the vibe you're going for with this thread. Still, a bump's a bump!

I'll take some pictures this week, it's currently on my sewing machine which is definitely where it doesn't belong. Hahah. In the middle of a move, so yea, you know how that goes! What's your steering wheel out of? The entire combination looks great!

Awesome! I didn't even consider how it would all align! Now you got my wheels turning.

Exactly what I was looking for, I'm actually following your build, one of my favorites on here!

    Insanity! Love the push button!

All great guys. Let's keep her going! :D

My side window frames, and trays of wire terminals are on MY sewing machine, and maybe some other things I am missing. lol.
My wheel center is a 41-48 Chevy car with 1/2 horn ring broken off, center button hole cut larger for some unknown 50s Olds horn button. Outer rim of wheel is now smaller ID and dished upwards a bit by using a 68 VW wheel rim.

I assume you are using the earlier dash with the round speedo? Are you using the steering wheel as well? I think this is actually going to look really good.

This one could also make the "Dodge Brothers hubcaps where they don't belong" thread.
