Ok, I realize this video is obnoxious. I spent most of the day learning the basics of how to properly edit video on Adobe Premiere... and about 30 minutes with my coupe as well as Brian's roadster actually shooting video. So, yeah... this is a proof of concept more than anything else.

I promise I won't get obnoxious doing this shit... And yeah, I know I need more practice.

****Note: see the little gear on the video player above? Click that... and then select the highest resolution available under "quality." If you are money, you will have 4k and this footage will look sweet. Blow it up full screen.

Ha true hotrodders have oil spots on their shiny white driveway. I see them but where's the burnout marks?

That was cool. Not as pervy as I normally like drone videos to be but still cool.

That's pretty damn cool. Freakin' amazing what used to take a film crew to shoot, you can now haul in your trunk.

I guess I ain't money, best I could do was HD - and it was still excellent! One of these filmed at a very slow walking speed through a cool event like LSRU or Meltdown Drags would be a great watch. Much more of a "being there" feeling.

our own angel watching over us. agree with Phillips, that using one of these to film car events could be a great use

The Phantom 3 and 4 don't use a go pro... Instead, they use a DJI supplied camera that's integral to the drone... Quality seems pretty good.

These videos are pretty cool. But what would be even cooler is some live action of a Model A laying down a patch of rubber soul on that manicured white driveway!!

Cool video. Definitely see some cool potential in featuring cars this way!

And gotta love the Mark Schottinger tune.....

  24. I've got a buddy into drones as bad as we are all into hot rods. He talks about doing this pretty frequently with my truck. Would love to see some driving footage

Cool, I could watch more of that, even the music was great. As said if you get a chance take your drone to an event or cruise so we can all enjoy an extra view point.

Freakin awesome! The sound edit was top notch too. Darwas has new competition

  27. I always seem to get o/t vehicles and bystanders in my shots too. Was just talking with my wife about my "need" for a drone for improved point of view.

  28. I kinda expected to hear the flight of the Valkyries. :D HRP
