Just got her back from the striper today. Just a simple beltline color add ( flat olive drab and cream ) and a touch on the dash. Maybe ill get fewer " when you gonna paint it " or " when will it be finished " . image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg image.jpeg I'm quite happy with it.

I like it. The attention to detail, wires, & the rubber rake really make it work.

Was that a dead straight unrestored car to start with, or are you one super skilled body guy? Looks just fine to me. Bob

Other than peeling the yellow paint off that was on it, no bodywork or rust. got a few dings and scars, but no more than I've got and its 23 years older. But it was an honest car when i got it. Been a great base to work with.

I feel your pain...I get that a lot, too. Your sedan looks great just the way it is. If you put a $20,000 body and paint job on it, it wouldn't necessarily make it look more attractive, just shiny. 17. I've always liked that green Model A above. I thought it looked great without the hood too.

This time around before I ever drive it. I've long ago earned my driving in primer creds and want shiny and finished.

I hear the same about my T but I like it and that's really all that counts. Besides I already have a shiny car in the cpe.

  30. Left like this, or with a perfect paint job, this would still be a damn near perfect A sedan.

As it is however, it invites the eye to examine it more closely and invites the mind to wonder about the history of the car. Shiny black would serve to wipe all of that away, but it would still be a sweet ride.
