Hey guys! Want to share with us this project! A good friend of mine is shaping this beauty from a two door sedan! The original floor and 4 inch up from the whole body was rotten! He make a pattern with some steel square tubing! Built the quarters! Chop top and more is coming! Enviado desde mi XT1068 mediante Tapatalk
I noticed the most dominate tool of choice on the wall is HAMMERS! If I could only use one to produce those results.... nice work.
Thanks guys! He makes the English wheel, adapting a bead roller, a shrinker/stretcher with some plans from HAMB! And yes use some hammers too! Enviado desde mi XT1068 mediante Tapatalk
Click in the link below! Was a 32 Roadster built from scratch! I take some pictures that time! http://www.jalopyjournal.com/forum/index.php?threads/990197/
Love the build.Impressive tooling throughout the shop.On the back side of the shop, there is a (press) with two handles sticking up(one yellow). What does he have there?
Yeah! With the press with the handle you can built some "L" pieces from plain steel! Enviado desde mi XT1068 mediante Tapatalk
He use the same method like Lazze the metal shaping guy from Sueden! http://www.lazzemetalshaping.com/index.cfm/page/ptype=results/category_id=17/mode=cat/cat17.htm Enviado desde mi XT1068 mediante Tapatalk
I'd be interested in seeing start to finish pics. That's a great looking car. He knocked all the ugly off of that 2 door.
