    Thanks for the link....

I got to run Tod's (427designer) head this weekend. Every thing went very smooth and the workmanship was spot one. It's great to finally see some real quality parts being made. ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1454346174.317993.jpg

  7. It was 28 at my place when I went to work at 7:00 this morning.

  8. Ron, not sure your measurements would work for me anyway as I have a Burns intake and the measurements would be different. I just realized that if I don't come up with one, I can extrapolate the measurements from a photo of an intake with one on it.

Looking for info on using a 6" SBC balancer on my A. I did a search and found a couple post with pics and one with a couple measurements. But I'm looking for solid proof it will work and someone with some miles using one on a A/B in a model a of course. Thanks in advance Ben

  15. Steve I'm on the email list already. I was at the last meeting in Sac, I'm the Tiny guy that was there with my 8 year old son, the results of a different kind of bangin':D. I need to send in my dues so I get the magazine, I wish I could join electronically, writing checks is a pain in the ass. I'm hoping to get my stock coupe to the hill climb in April. Also trying to talk other local members of my club into bringing their stockers.

I traded a motorcycle for this car up in Redding about a year ago. It was pretty much stock except the wheels...stripped all the yellow paint off with a razor blade. Front lowered with 4" dropped axle and reversed eye main meaf, rear lowered with T springs, reversed eye. Motor is stock internally that I know. Compression was excellent so I installed a Lion Speed head, intake, exhaust, FSI ignition, Dual 97s. all suspension front and rear rebuilt, 40 ford juice brakes all newly rebuilt. All work done by me in my garage including the top. All new window lacing, channeling. Car runs and starts nicely, though its no speedball for sure. Stock tranny and rearend. I intended to paint the car suede black and even bought the paint, but once I removed the yellow, the sheet metal was rust free and unmolested so I just wipe it down with Transoil once a month and it keeps getting darker each time. I like the raw look now so am not going to paint. I will be bringing it to the F.A.S.T. events in Auburn and Santa Margurite to play with this year, just because. Pretty much just a weekend around town fun car. Gets a lot of attention though, wherever I take it. Looking forward to meeting some of you all at the Banger events.....Ron I have plenty of detailed shots if anyone is interested

February all ready and a new banger meet....
I'm itching for a day for a drive again but 5" of snow today. I'd drive in that but the highway department salts too much.

  21. I've been in Turlock at the swapmeet. I picked up some more needed parts!
I'll p.m. you pictures of it when I get to it. Right now I'm doing BANGER stuff!:D

    Tiny; nice car!

  26. That's crazy cause I was there too! I showed up late due to my GPS and the road construction!
I'm in the picture that came out in the email list today. I'm siting in the center with the black hat on backwards. I had no idea you would be there Tiny and wanted to introduce myself to you Steve but you was always in the middle of a conversation with someone and I didn't want to interrupt!
I will be at the Sacramento Autorama on the 12th to have my car displayed as one of the 10 F.A.S.T. cars!:D

Joe, it would be good to see some pictures of the FAST cars from the Sacramento Autorama if you are able to get some.
