Hey Mike. Street freaks came about during the seventies. Sky-high cars that over-exaggerated the gasser look . I remember an article in Hot Rod Magazine ,titled "The High and Mighty". Fortunately , it was a fade that did not last long.

The three deuce is more correct for an earlier build than the tunnel ram...the tunnel ram is 68 and later.

Its a common edelbrock intake, just a goofy angle of the pic I guess

That square corner runner tunnel ram was about a 1975' new deal, not quite right for a 60's gasser

    Hi Ten

Most cars ran either Hilborns or the Edlebrock 6 two's or 2 four's on the 270 hp factory manifold, in the very early 60's

These are the earliest adds I have ever found for Tunnel Rams... ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1451839511.831389.jpg
These are both from 1968 Hot Rod magazines ImageUploadedByH.A.M.B.1451839549.530176.jpg
So if your running a tunnel ram, don't pretend it was built before this year.
