Here's my car at an old station a couple of blocks from my house. I just got the car running a few weeks ago and it still doesn't look like much.

Here's my gasser the first day it was legally driven on the street since 1957. I was early for breakfast AND I woke up some roosters!!

The above picture got printed on the front of the visitor guide and on banners posted throughout the town...
the trucks got an extended 15 minutes!!! They are still posted in town today.

Driving your car or truck ANYWHERE is great therapy! At least for me it is.

My Truck in 1974 in front of the "Paint Mixing Room" at the Shop where I "Built" it as a 15 year Old.

 

The Nite Owl has been around since the late 40's. Best burgers in town even Elvis ate a Nite Owl burger...true story.

 

My town seems to want to tear down any building approaching 100 years old - makes for a shortage of "Kodak moments".. Thankfully, my old public school is still holding classes at 101!
