Art & Inspiration Hamb Tag Toppers

Ordered mine along with calendar this afternoon. Some small gifts for myself. Gotta love the Christmas!

Ryan posted today that some of the new toppers were not up to his standards so it looks like some won't receive their toppers until after the first of the year. HRP

 

Hi. Waiting on mine also. Just a thought for the bottomer - What if You center punch & use a 1/8" drill bit and drill out the 2 center dots between the letters and use aluminum pop rivets. Just in case sometime down the road the JB weld gives up? Think I will try that. Use the JB weld & when it dries add the pop rivets. Jimmie

Jimmie,I don't see the JB Weld giving up but I won't discourage you from riveting the tag on a new mounting tang. HRP

Mine's been on there a few years now, maybe soon get another one.

 

I cut the stem off and used JB Weld to attach it to the license plate frame. I also painted it black to match the car.

 

Dave,I never thought about attaching the topper like that,I like it a lot and just might do this on a car in the future! HRP

 

I still have some of these from a few runs ago. I took one and cut off the "stem", drilled some tiny holes in it, sewed it on to my Bonneville hat.

Have any of you all recieved your new Tag Toppers yet....just hopin no one stole a package off the porch

 

I wonder if that is a sign of problems with the foundry.

Well, now i know how these went so fast. Someday I will get one. Some how i miss them even though I'm on here all the time. I did get a calendar this year missed that last year. And a sticker for the quarter window that will really dress the heap up

 

Ordered a couple on Dec.1. Hope they come soon, I always worry about them getting lost in the mail.
