Great start and work so far.
Yes to the chop, full fenders and 392 lurking under the hood.

Where in OK did you find it?

Looks like it sat upside down based on the rusted out roof header.

Welcome to the HAMB! I think you got it under control!
Just build the dream rod you want, not what others would prefer.
Looking forward to seeing this one take shape.

  13. How much is the floor? $1200 or so? Sure would save a lot of time!

I think with your talent, I would fix the doors you have. They are like hens teeth and I gave up the search myself after a year of hunting a pair. Curious, what are you gonna do for access to your master cyl? Also, great looking car and I don't care how you build it, it looks like its going to look fine any way you go.

Like the Traditional Hot Rod look of your car!!! I still hope to still find a pair of doors soon, fixing these doors would be very time consuming and is a LAST resort with my other projects taking up so much time. The Master cylinder is a great question for Jason at Pete & Jake's in Peculiar, MO as they will be building my frame. I will get back to you on that in the future.

The floor panel does look like a very nice piece for sure.
I could really use one for my 34 , but at 2395.00 US converted to Canadian Dollars 3235.00 and then around 500.00 freight to the west coast and then tax, around 4000.00 landed in canada! :(
It does make a very nice foundation for your build though.... Ummmmmmm,
Fedwoman has been asking me what I want for Christmas? I wonder............. :p

I have been looking to buy a pair of Original Ford Five Window Coupe Doors for about 2 years with no luck. The few that had them did not want to sell them at any price. So I posted a Want Add for the doors on the H.A.M.B and received a reply within two weeks!!!!! Picked up my doors and got some great ideas for my project from the Seller. I will plan to post pictures of progress of the recent acquired doors as they need the basic bottom inside and outside lower door patch panels. Attached is a picture of the condition of the recent acquired doors.
    Thank You H.A.M.B.!!!

  27. WOW! I am also looking at the tool box......Shit that thing cost more than my shop building did.
Very cool though! I would have to go buy more tools if I had that.
