Technical Tips for moving cars in the dirt?

Instead of using paper cardboard find some plastic cardboard like they use for real estate or political signs, it will slide much easier and hold up better.

 

we could've all went over there and picked it up and moved it by now.

 

Wesson oil and a rubber sheet.

 

neighbor used a pieces of upside down countertop with some soap under it, on sheets of chipboard even without soap it slides easily . even slides easy on dirt with a little water .

Buy a high-lift jack. jack it up and push it over. I've moved cars, cargo containers and machinery for years this way.

Here's a picture of what works for me.

 

When I was in the Navy, sometimes in heavy seas our helicopter would slide sideways in the hanger even with 24 tie down chains. On a small boat there's about 6 inches of clearance on each side an absolutely no way to manuver it. Solution was to get a piece of sheet metal for each wheel set, grease it up real good and slide it under each tire. An eighth inch is enough. No jacking required. Ten guys could push a 20K lb helo one end at a time sideways to clear the door with ease. Jacks, dollys and plywood would work too like suggested. Is it out yet?
