It a T bucket frame made from ccr plans by me it's a small block 350 with auto ford 9 inch dodge d-100 front I beam axle no idea what the body is its going to be a truck the hood roof and radiator cowl are all from different vehicles one other question... is this the right forum for this
I've been wondering that myself but I did make the rear kick 12 inches longer than the ccr plans called for
So if the motors forward a foot and the rear kick is stretched a foot......should be real close I think
so I am thinking of using 1 inch square tubing and keeping the body kind of square with maybe some contrasting angles about a three foot box and some 16 gauge sheet metal the cab will be about 4 inches longer than the door
I would build it the front steering and suspencion brackets look week and rough and the corners of the cab and roof would need to be more rounded to flow with the rest of the body but i like it what did it start out as
It's all made out of 3/8 plate and I really have no idea what it is Hamilton Gardner or maybe chrysler
^THIS was what i was going to say but I see you've already gotten on that. Get some cardboard and block out a bed on there. That'll give you some point of reference to see if your proportions are going to work out or not.
Might want to get the motor position set before you mount the steering box. A Vega or Corvair box will give you more room to work with.
