Each chassis requires an extra look as you are the master of details when it comes to building chassis. When I do another Deuce I will have to have one of your chassis. Very nice workmanship and design.

It ought to be against the law to put that ugly tag on there in the first place.

Top Notch!!!!! I really love the beveling on the brackets, the thought that has gone into the entire build and Looking at the wheel tire combo reminds me of LimeFire, A timeless look.
    Well Done! Carry On ;).

This is gonna be a great looking 5W.
Wish I could have tucked my Firestones like you did, but they are real 2 ply sprint car tires, and they are pretty soggy, even when over filled.

    Hey Danny,
Really nice work. With workmanship like that, you must be Very Busy !
Question, Any tricks you can recommend for me in boxing a frame without a jig ?
    I'm working on a 1936 Ford Pickup.
    Thanks,

I would not recommend boxing the full length of the frame out of a jig, but just the front or rear can be done out of a jig. Weld very short spurts and move around a lot to keep the heat from building up in one spot.

Is a haircut in order for this one? I like them either way.

Man after looking at your exhaust routing and hangers I am gonna redo mine . I really like those big tires. A hiboy needs big rear tires . Keep the pictures coming thanks

Full disclosure... having seen your phenomenal work up close and personal, I immediately fast-forwarded to the exhaust portion of this build thread. Your exhaustses blow my mind.

    Genius.

  30. Amazing craftsmanship! Specifically, the hand fabricated brackets/mounts, the exhaust and those welds! This is gonna be one nice hot rod for sure.
