There was a small show at the Idaho Historic Old prison in Boise today. There were a few HAMB friendly cars there. The black 30 roadster is a nailhead buick with a four speed and the a coupe is a hemi with push button shifter. and mine to show that they don't have all that much taste.
Nice. Except for the IFS I like this, I would love it more if it was less RR. Any body knows anything? What is that mill?
I really like the black Mercury, and the HEMI powered Turtledeck (but not the white walls). I am Butch/56sedandelivery.
You know, I'm guessing that if you jacked up the front end of that white '40 and spun the front wheel, it would make a dandy food processor...Some nice cars there, like the '36 Convert. Thanks for posting.
Its just odd to see a straight six in a Ford Pick up, featuring 5 carbs and 4 exhausts. But if he ditch those tires and go back to a dago axle in front with un-split bones, licoln drums and Bias ply 5.50 fronts and 7.00 rear tires maybe some nice aircleaner, then I be head over heals in love with it right on the spot! But that's might just be me.
The show was a great time. Thank you for the photos. My car is the black 1953 Merc Custom that you took a picture of. Thank you again! The Old Idaho Penitentiary would only let 101 cars & trucks inside the prison walls. That number was met! All said & done, it was a great show, cool cars, a lot of good car guy's to B.S. with and I think every one had a good time.
Hey Richard Great shots. Thanks for sharing. I wish they would have shared more information on the history of the prison.
